Judith Judy

judyJudith Judy earned a degree in art from Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland. After spending several years in a business career, she continued her studies in oil painting at the Art League School in Alexandria, Virginia, The Vander Zee School and various workshops and independent study. She trained with painter and lithographer Marcel Salinas. Mr. Salinas was personally chosen by Picasso to produce images of his work.

Judith has participated in a number of juried shows and has exhibited at The St. Louis Artist Guild, The Art League School, The Rehoboth Art League, The Vander Zee Gallery, Gallery 222, The Results Gallery and Gallery A in Washington D.C. Judith was one of the featured artists in Washington Spaces magazine’s summer 2007 article “Celebrating Art: A Look at the Regions Artistic Diversity”. Judith’s work is finding its way into private collections in the northeast and mid-Atlantic area.

Judith maintains studios in both Northern Virginia and Fenwick Island, Delaware. She is currently represented by the VanderZee Gallery in Alexandria, Virginia and Alex Gallery in Washington D.C.
